Doctors: qualified, patient, thorough, kind. Very dedicated to their patients when a real issue comes up. Nurse: nice and efficient. Reception: efficient but really not nice, slightly on the edge of being rude.

I had to wait over two weeks for a 9.15 appointment which was cancelled at 8.50 after I had left home. A new appointment was made three days later.

The Receptionists are warm, swift and friendly. The Doctors are thorough and kind. Dr Craft is brilliant.

Great practice, the Doctors are fantastic, helpful and willing to explain things. They will give you the time you need, and won't rush appointments.

I waited a few weeks for an non-urgent appointment and got a call on the day as the doctor was off sick. However, they arranged for another doctor to call me at home and then for an appointment and blood test later that day. I was able to get another appointment a couple of days later to get the test results so it all felt quick & efficient.
